The 1311A Power Amplifier is a class C, four-stage pulsed Power Amplifier, covering the frequency range 1.2 - 1.4 GHz. The amplifier delivers a nominal peak power of 100W for 1 ms pulse length and up to 20% duty cycle. It is specially designed for Radar applications.
